Assuming you are travelling in a straight line (not a curved flight path), then there are two answers.

Heading west from Muscat Oman to Toronto Canada, you cross the Red Sea, a very small slice of the Mediterranean Sea, and the Atlantic Ocean.

Heading the long way (east) from Muscat Oman to Toronto Canada, you cross the Pacific Ocean. You also cross the Arabian and Yellow seas, as well as the Sea of Japan.
