he's so terrible, but all the "experts" rated him high this year because he was supposed to play more minutes. but he sucks. really, really sucks. what was i thinking?

As a Sixers fan whose fantasy teams are always steal-heavy, I looked long and hard at Speedy too. Don't kick yourself too hard. Just lower your expectations a bit. I'm thinking of a few of this year's fantasy football drafts that the experts thought highly of. Daunte Culpepper or Ashley Lelie? Ouch. Ronnie Brown or Mike Vick? Well, they're coming around. Edgerrin James or Warrick Dunn? Somewhere in the middle compared to the experts' pre-season expectations. You just have to place your bet which one he'll turn out to be. And, if you're thinking Daunte, you try to shop him around to somebody else who's willing to gamble that he's a Ronnie Brown.

Per 48 minutes, Speedy Claxton gave past fantasy owners good stats, especially in steals. Now as a member of the Atlanta Hawks, he is set to become a full fledged starter for the first time in his career.
It is just unfortunate that he has been hit by the injury bug recently, but be patient and give him some time. I'm sure it will pay off in the end.

If "experts" tell you something and you just don't see it, I'd wait on it.

yeah he has been injured for most of this year but his min. should increase in the future as it heels
