these are horrible answers. i'm quite certain she's the antichrist, lulling you into death with her death songs... or something. god how i hate her "soothing" "music." makes me want to puke.

ciniful - no i'm not jealous of her!! jesus. i write songs and they're much better than hers... as is pretty much any song, really..

Why ... do you suffer insane jealousy at talent, or are you just not secure enough with your talents to respect those of other people, whether you enjoy them or not?
Aside from being a role model in womens music and an icon for womens rights, she is a talented singer and songwriter. If you don't like her music, fine .. don't listen. Why a violent reaction just because you don't happen to enjoy her style of music?

No. I work in a grocery store. I like Sarah Mclachlan, and if you had to listen to what I have to listen to on the store loop all day, trust me, you would like her too.

it's all a matter of taste, just because you don't like her style, doesn't mean she isn;'t any good .. just as someone not caring for the style of YOUR music doesn't render you as not any good.
