I live in a town that is more geared to senior activities, because they openly seek retired people. So my grown children have the same problems you do. Unfortunately, we need the younger population to work at jobs that seniors want as services in the community but we don't provide reasons for them to stay in the community! May I suggest that since you see this problem, could you turn it into an opportunity for yourself to open such a venue that would attract a younger crowd? Give them much needed entertainment value? A comedy club/restaurant, or drive-in movie theater or internet cafe or something?

As I recall Riverside is .....on the way..... to other places and not generally considered a final destination. Sounds as if the city hall and businesses have different priorities. Sux.

Aliens are just a cover up made by the government. You said yourself your town has nothing. Perfect place for some secret project. Any bases nearby? Anyways just try to fit in as best you can and yes they(the people in your town) have normal needs. They just might differ from yours.

Friend, welcome to the 9-5-1, a poorer suburb of the equally unfabulous 9-0-9!
Best thing for you to do is to try to blend in; I'd get started on growing your mullet and beer belly right away!

They are Republicans. The only two things they like is money and talking about the power they win because of money.
