What is the % cost of the seller to use a realtor in Calif?.?

It used to be 6% back in the late 70's, but with prices now at around 600K for a fixer-upper a 4 way split would be 36K, a rather stiff amount.

the % cost is a fractor of the real estate. for example in nigeria, it is 10%, but when the value of the property is enomous, the realtor asks for more, not from the seller, but from the buyers.
