What is the most unfortunate name and job title combination you have heard of?

I once heard of a doctor called Dr Butcher, and a banker called Mr W Anchor. has anyone come across anyone with a more unfortunate name?

I was driving from CA to OR and pulled over in Ashland for a break and took a picture of a sign on front of a dentist's office: Dr. Slaughter.

I used to collect unfortunate names of customers. I had one lady where surname was pronounced comedy but her full name was in fact Anna Honor Comode - yes real.
Also came across Peter Nuss (didn't sign with a P) Richard Head however the classic was a chinese restaurant owner whose name was Kin Man Wan, the funniest bit was when I sent an application to my head office (Bank) and the surname had to come first ...think about it. They thought I was pulling their plonkers.

There was once this guy named Cash Register who worked in the credit dept. of a major retail sales store.
People would call the store asking one thing or another about their credit and would be transferred. When he answered by his name people would say "Cash Register ?", I wanted the credit dept.
