I need a place to go where I can go to a computer to finsh up this document. It can't be one of those libraries that ask you for a card or something cause I dont have one. Please help.

None of the libraries in my area require you to have a library card to use their computers. Also, check the coffee houses and such, there are several here in my area that have free use of computers right in their dining areas. Also, some hotels have computers for use by their guests, you'd have to get in with a clerk or something I suppose, and most are only for checking e-mail, but you never know! Also, some truck stops have computers for free use for truckers to check their e-mail and check on loads. Try there.

get a local library membership- they'll let you do wot u want n if ur nt sure wot u might need to get da card, contact thm!
