Absolutely. Technically the man doesn't even need to have an orgasm, there can be enough sperm in pre-ejaculation fluid.

yes it is, you don't need an organsim to get pregnant. I heard that it will increase your chances of getting pregnant, but is not neccesary to get pregnant.
