I'm going to say "Night of the Living Dead" although the original "Dawn of the Dead" is a close second.

That 1st answerer doesn't read OR write very well, does she? The best of Romero's zombiefests is the original "Night of the Living Dead"...the only other one I still like is his "Day of the Dead", "Dawn..." and "Land..." kinda sucked for me. Maybe his upcoming 5th one will be better.

Night of the Living Dead takes the cake,I also really liked the remake. I also liked Dawn of The Dead...both orginal and remake...Loved the characters in Night of the Living Dead...Ben (Tony Todd)....

any of the originals, the remakes were ok but the originals are always better
