I am now 27 weeks pregnant. This weekend when going to the bathroom I saw some brown spotting. I was scared cuz like an hr b4 I had cramps. Today I have the monthly appt. at my OB. But could this mean something? A premature labour or something like that?

Highly unlikely but certainly mention it to your ob right away!! If it is more than spotting ...I would head to the hospital just to be certain!!

Dont delay get to the hospital as soon as possible if it is only a few hours then tell your OB but like 12 hours dont wait the earlier the better .Goodluck hope everything is ok but better to be cautious than wait to long and as others say relax dont stress ok it might be just a tear the womb has caused and nothing to worry about but you wont know until it is checked out.

This could be serious but don't let yourself stress because that could cause more problems. If you are really worried get to the ER. If everything is calmed down you might be able to wait until your appointment. I would call your ob/gyn as soon as the office opens anyways. Good luck.

Yes it could be serious, especially with the cramping, be sure and see your Dr and if it gets worse before your appt call him or go to the ER. Better it be nothing and get it checked. That said, don't panic, people do spot sometimes with pregnancy. Good luck.

When I was pregnant I bled a lot, like a period. I was told it was a miscarriage. I was shattered. But over a year later I have a healthy beautiful boy. Don't drive yourself mad. Make sure they check your hormone levels to see that they are strong. And also your baby's heartbeat and baby. God Bless you and your baby!
