He wants familiar territory. I read on mlb.com that he wants to go back to Atlanta. It would be a win/win situation for both Glavine and the Braves.

Never! He went to the Mets because of the money, and he will stay there for the same reason. The Braves are not so stupid to give a two- or more year contract worth many million $ to such an old player - the Mets are.

I don't think so. He had a great season with the Mets and I have no intention to undermine the Braves, but he'll win his 300th game quicker with the Mets. Plus, he seemed quite content playing in NY so, personally, I don't see any reason why he would wanna return to the Braves.

No, I dont imagine he receives it tonight, he's playing the Brewers, and the brewers are contained in the approach a pennant race today with the cubs, i imagine that if the manager ned yost needs to win that he will attempt his toughest through the undeniable fact that very last time the brewers even went to the playoffs replaced into in '80 2!

It would be funny to see Tom Glavine & Greg Maddux return to the
Braves and then they sign Barry Zito, too.

No.
He's not going to go to the crappy Braves and finish in 4th place just because he's close to home. He's going to sign with the Mets, go 14-7 and win the world series next year.

I think he may be leaning that way but Money talks and if the Mets offer enough Glavine will probably stay.

NO! I'm a Braves fan myself and I don't even think that'll happen. I'd like him to, but he'll probably end up with the Rangers.

He should have stayed with the Braves. It will be much more special... like Biggio. I do like to see him finish his career at the braves or red sox
