I know of a company www.vfirst.com which has both basic and advanced software for sending bulk messages. I got the feedback from quite a few stock brokers that the services is quite good. You may try it.

if u are using warid services, then from the website of the warid u can make free sms from web to phone but it is only for warid numbers
