I did... I won the war in Iraq because the war in Iraq is all about lies and appearances and I never believed Bush and I knew it would end up like this... like Viet Nam, and we will turn tail and run from this mess too. The war in Iraq = A disgrace for the United States and one more reason for the middle east to self-distruct.

You must understand war has no winners just survivers.
When in grade school we witness a bully picking on someone not as strong. He beats that person. So we know the person of less strength was hurt and the bully was not respected by and large. Both survived but neither won anything and no good came of it.
Iraq if filled with innocent people and bullies. The conflict is unlikely to end anytime soon no matter the intent of how it began.

If you are talking about today's situation...it's still going on... so there is no winner yet.
If you mean the Iran/Iraq War, there was no winner in that one either. For 8 years, each side killed millions of people and then it just stopped.

... Iran!
Saddam Hussein was their biggest enemy in the longstanding Iran-Iraq standoff, and the biggest obstacle to the creation of another Islamic theocracy like Iran.
We were able to accomplish for them what *years* of an Iran-Iraq war could not accomplish.
And Iran didn't have to fire a single shot ...
... or lose a single Iranian soldier.
