I am a Christian and I know God gives life and we should wait on him to take it from us..However, I think it should be but only in certain situations. If a person is terminally ill I think it's only humane. When a person is in a lot of pain, you can only give them so much pain medicine and then they still suffer. Then you get into the fact that some families just will choose it because they don't want to take care of grandma/parents anymore. I think it should be legal but should have restrictions.

There are different kinds of euthanasia in its broadest sense like voluntary, involuntary, non voluntary, terminal sedation & animal euthanasia, etc ; but my opinion is it shouldn't be legalised for the very reason (from a religious perspective) that we bound morally.
Euthanasia is a concept, it seems to me, that is in direct conflict with a religious and ethical tradition in which the human race is presented with " a blessing and a curse, life and death," and we are instructed '...therefore, to choose life." I believe 'euthanasia' lies outside the commonly held life-centered values of the West and cannot be allowed without incurring great social and personal tragedy. This is not merely an intellectual conundrum. This issue involves actual human beings at risk..."

Personally, no. It's a religious question for me and I am opposed to intervening in what I believe to be the God-given gift of life.
However, I do not favor imposing my religious ideas on society as a whole. I believe that this is a matter that someday may be decided by a vote of the people. (It already has been in Oregon.)

I have always believed in euthanasia. Young Chinese, Japanese, and Korean children need to know that they are our future; to outlaw them would be counterproductive!
