You'll have find out what is the root of the fear. Once you find out the honest truth then you can start finding ways of dealing with the fear.

face them - if you're afraid of heights climb something tall - afraid of snakes - touch one - afraid of grizzly bears - thats a good thing -
the tough ones are the abstract stuff like fear of success or fear of love

imagine the scenario whereby u have already overcame it, and replay the details again and again and tell yourself you're ok.this might help =)
oh ua re look in the mirror adn repeat i am not afraid of _____ again and again to pysho urself, but the best of all is to face it eventually.
