Can you tell me what's involved in a "court ordered psychological evaluation"?

either way i can't imagine that tomorrow isn't going to suck big time

some system of law we have, tell one judge that his attitude is really sucky and that if you saw him on the street you'd trip his *** and then pay the local school kids to throw dirt at him, and all the sudden you're "insane"
