I don't care about your "Jake Plummer sux", so save it. The Broncos are Super Bowl champs this year. Anyone with some real "football sense" agree???

A lifelong Bronco fan here (40+ years). Denver is good enough to definitely have a chance at the Super Bowl but honestly it will be an uphill battle. Next week versus the Chargers will be a good test to see exactly where they are. I also think Plummer gets a bad rap at times. Sure he isn't always pretty, his stats are not always the greatest, but a 39-13 record as the Bronco QB is hard to argue against.

The Broncos have the defensive pieces in place.....currently the best in the league, however Jake the Snake.....or Mistake depending on which side of the fence you are on....is the factor to whether or not they can make a SB run. Defense truly wins championships....insert Denver's D....but Jake would need to be an efficient manager of that offense. Teams to consider just in the AFC would include...the Colts, Pats, Chargers, and Ravens. Colts high powered offense....Denver's D came up a liitle short.....one for the Colts.....Pats and Chargers both have good offenses and decent defenses......(Pats is an aging one)....call that one a "push".....and the Ravens D is tough, physical and have the nack of scoring on turnovers........so we are right back to the offensive production of big D. Denver has the players surrounding Jake......the Bells bro's ....the beast Javon Walker and his side kick Rod Smith and several others on offense and special teams. If Jake can be more consistent....and keep turnovers low.....the D has a strong chance for the big dance.

They are a better than average team. But as for the SB this year, I don't think so. Maybe wait a couple more years. And as for the Colts just barely beating the Bills, it's not because they aren't good enough. Why play so hard against a team such as Bills? I don't think they want to risk any injuries. Just win the game is good enough. Colts put more effort on the Denver/Colts game since the Broncos are way better than the Bills.

You say to save the "Jake Plummer sux" but that is the issue. He is the definition of unclutch. He buckles under pressure makes bad decisions, and lacks the tools to be a super bowl champ.

I agree and I am not a Broncos fan but a Bills fan, and on a day where the Bills almost beat the Colts, I stick by what I said weeks ago... it will be a Broncos, Bears matchup in the Superbowl this year.

The Colts have weaknesses that will be exposed in the championship game

First to the guy whos says the Charger has the 2nd ranked D, we'll your D just got hammered with 41 points from Cincy.

Now to your SB question, It all comes down to match ups. As a Broncos fan, our best chance was last year. I know we will be in the AFC championship again. It's just a matter against who, if it's anyone but the Colts, we'll be in the show.

Im a Bronco fan, but right now, the only way i can see them in the SB is if New England beats Indy, at Indy, in the playoffs, which looks hard right now. Denver doesn´t have the OFFENSE to keep up and beat Indy and reach the SB. The AFC is way stronger than the NFC, and looking forward, i guess Denver can take San Diego, NE, Baltimore at home, but you need to beat Indy in their dome, and i dont think we have it right now... although i believe Shanahan can easily outcoach Dungy. We´ll need either that or Bellichik and Brady eliminating Dungy and Manning first!
Go Broncos.

nope they have to face the chargers. once they het merriman back their deffense will be back on que. rivers has stepped up and learned how to use his many recievers and L.T. is the man! there is no stopping him. you stop his run, he goes out for a pass, you stop that then he will hit you with some qb moves and pass it to some one that is open. the chargers have the #2 ranked D in the league. you may say that this next week will be a preview of any divisional play off but remember that we are short 3 main guys on D. like i said once merriman is back its on!

They almost didn't beat one of the worst teams in the league today. I'd say they have a long way to go to be the, "Super Bowl champs".

When you barely beat the Raiders, you shouldn't start talking SB just yet.
