Greg Chappel has signed a contract with BCCI and it will be reviewed after world cup 07.
He is trying to promote Indian team with Australian methods, sometime we feel not upto the mark (especially when we loss any match), when we are winning we say he is doing good or ok job.
Now this is time Greg has to prove his metal. After failure in Champions trophy, he got sleepless nights and now he has to do lot of home work to bring back Indian team to its top level form. Lets hope , he can do better job for India !!!!!

No,
He has been indulged in controversies.
So Chappel is angry with indian people and he is telling everything wrong to indian players.
Do you think india can win world cup 2007 against australia ?
Chappel is not happy with india after controversies and chappel is patriot also.
Throw out the chappel and get Ganguli as a coach.
This is the best option for india.

why blame Greg Chappell only !

how many of our players are consistently doing the right things for Indian team !!

if players don't perform on field, no coach can do much from the dressing room / pavilion ...

Are we all sure , Greg Chappel is teaching cricket to indian players ????????????????????????????.

I thought he is busy teaching "khoko", mountain climbing etc.-- everything else under the SUN other than cricket .
I get a strange feeling that GREAT GREG is planted in India to make sure than Indian team is ruined before world cup begins .

Forget Creg Chappel..... No coach will make much of difference to the team performance until 70% of the players in the Final eleven strike (perform well) on the match day. There is only 1 formula to win : "Perform well consistently." Aussies do. India doesn't. (No difference even if its Creg, or Anshuman, or Gavaskar, or you name any body for that or their tactics.)

I think who ever may be the coach, maximum performance will be depending on the players. Most of our players play for personal records and not for team records. That is the reason eventhough we have got excellent players, our team is lagging behind.
