Recent studies have shown that today's generation of young men have almost 25% less testorsterone in their systems than young men of the same age 25 years ago did.

Also, young men today are more likely to shave their bodies, further feminizing themselves, whereas 25 years ago it was stylish to show chest hair.

Also, men of today are less likely to hold the door for a woman, pay for the date, or be chivalrous in general.

Today's males also have higher rates of body fat, which again is a feminine trait since women naturally have higher body fat ratios than men.

So, is the feminization of the American male a good thing??

The feminization of the american male should have stopped about 30 or 40 years ago. I am 29 and think there are not enough men's men out there.

To much pussification.

When it comes to the phisiological things as in the body fat ratios and the lowered testostorone levels it is a natural occurance in nature. This further adapts us to an ever changing environment. As for the body shaving, 25 years ago it wouldnt have been socially acceptable like it is now. In a way it is good that are society now is more understandable to the human wants, but on the other hand who knows in 25 years maybe animal sex will be socially acceptable.

You only described the males, skipped out on the females. LOL.
What you described are signs of the times, our "NOW" generation.
I guess that these days, hairy men are considered brainless or neanderthals? No offense meant for the hairy men. Women dont like to have doors opened (go figure that one) and feel guilty to let men pay all the time for dates.
As for body fat, well that is hard to explain. Not enough workouts I suppose. Too much time for work, no more time for exercise.
I will not go so far as calling the movement "Feminization". It is merely an era. Who knows next year the hairy men will be "in" again

there is nothing wrong with an adjustment in gender roles. To each his own.
as far as the phisiological signs go. well if you haven't noticed lifestyles are different today then they were 50 years ago. many of the changes you mentioned have unclear causes but one may be that most jobs today are desk jobs. guys aren't getting the workout they once got on a regular basis. Same reason why todays portion sizes are too big. we aren't burning the calories.
The shaving thing is because women are showing that they actualy care how guys look. Men respond to this the same way women do. we change our appearence to look more appealing.
think about the differences i the feminine perspective and lifestyle changes. is this bad? no. is it good? well i am not going to promote it.

yes it's a good thing - in every way.

what you failed to mention is a big bonus - today's young guys have much larger penises compared to the pricks of guys 25 yrs ago. thicker & longer, and this is increasing yearly. something in the diet or the water must be doing this. Or something in the Fruit Loops . God, I'm so jealous. I feel cheated. Young guys of today have HUGE pricks compared to back then. it's amazing.!!!!!!
