Misusers will always misuse anything..its their mentality...but not all people are like that...we have a pc some use it to watch **** other for their work and entertainment...so we cant stop making things or laws afraid of the misusers and let the good people suffer

To be honest, laws have some loop holes or the other and citizens of every country sometime or the other, misuse them. Hence it will be foolish not to accept that many will try to misuse the said Act.

Every law in this world can be misused. We should look at the potential help that it can provide rather than the way it can be misused.

What do you mean by WILL misuse.
The day my wife saw the news on TV, she asked me to be careful in future. I am unable to say anything to her now even if she is slapping my (our) 03 yr. old daughter for very minor things.
She now a days always threaten my to call POLICE if I dared to 'bark' at her.
Boss this is the weapon if it ever fall in wrong hands (like the one in my house) the life is going to be hell for sure.

Yes very much , depending on whom u r married to.

The best part is she will not need any proof to file this case.One statement to police that u harassed her is enough to land u behind the bar!!!!! U will have to struggle years then in some court to prove urself innocent.

Laws should eb gender balanced,not gender biased.
if law authority is not making any changes even after, they found out there is misuse, then they are enuches.

i was in a abusive relationship for ten years i finally had the balls to leave but before i left i set his sorry *** on fire burned him 100 percent over his freaking body i got sick of his **** i could not deal anymore
