Breast cancer has no minimum age requirements, even though it's more common among older women. Moles aren't always cancerous, but when they start changing in shape, texture, and color, that's a pretty good sign to see a doctor. Always check your breasts for lumps. That's usually an indicator of breast cancer. If you're lump-free, I wouldn't stress so much about having breast cancer, although a mammogram can't hurt. Definitely see your doctor about that mole though. If it turns out that something is wrong catching it early enough dramatically increases your chances of correcting the problem. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

That is usually not a sign of breast cancer. Its mabye a cyst which is fairly common but not so common in young girls. If it is a mole then you should get it taken care of soon as well. Either way I know of a few girls under the age of twenty who had lumps in their breasts...but because you are so young and healthy its probably not a big deal..lumps and cysts are common in the breast and its usually not breast cancer. But its not good to leave it. Your doc can do a proper examination but dont fret it doesnt sound to bad.

It is theoretically possible for a 14 year old to get breast cancer (it's also possible for a guy to get breast cancer), but it's extremely unlikely. And it wouldn't look like a mole. Cancerous "moles" are actually skin cancer. Breast cancer would be under the skin, so it wouldn't look like a mole.
The most likely thing is that it's exactly what it looks like: a bump-ish mole. But if you're worried about it, show your mom, and maybe even go to the doctor (or just wait until your next check-up).

You are too young for all this type of thoughts... do take things more positively
If I am not wrong, breast cancer happens to a woman who has passed lactation period (breast milk). Yours might be an ordinary boil... if it is on skin surface and has pain then it cannot be cancer... however, whatever it is, do consult a doctor... I think he would give you antibiotics...and you would be OK within a couple of weeks

Don't panic, just consult your mom and a doc. It may just be a mole or cyst.
