Is it critically important to have a degree to find work in Abu Dubai/Dubai?

My experience is in Financial services.

If you are not an Emir's relative, then yes, you will need a degree if you plan on working in the UAE in financial services.

UAE has fairly restrictive work permits, so get your degree.

Degree counts only in the first few years of job. After that its your work experience and achivement in workplace, which matters
