if she annoys me, i make her sleep outside in the car, but everytime she just sneaks back into the house. i knew it was a bad idea to give her a set of keys, what can i do about this?

first of all she is a human, not a dog, so what gives you the right to sleep outside, and why the hell is she wasting her time with you? if you dont want to see her anymore, then do her a favor and let her find a man to treat her right
