Expensive to live in the city?! Hah! Then why do the welfare swilling ghetto bunnies live there? You don't want to live among them, do you? Of course not. You'd get robbed, burgled, vandalized, raped, beaten up, and, sooner or later, murdered. The right answer is the one I said.

If they are young and single, many would enjoy living in the lofts of the restored buildings in the inner city, Most are cost prohibitive for anyone trying to save for a down payment etc. If they are raising a family, the answer is obvious. Living in the country is great too, but for some just not convenient.

Chances are it's near were they grew up, but the main factor is they cannot afford to live inner city or seaside or in an apartment coz it's not big enought for family.

Think about it most houses are in suburbs aren't they? and new suburbs get built alll the time.

my guess is that crime rate is lower.people want more space..less traffic
