Wow, you have lots of questions!

First of all, you have to get your bachelors (4 year) degree before you can be considered for an MBA program (an MBA is considered a Master's degree program, or graduate college). Depending on the school, you can go straight from your Bachelors into the MBA program, or you can work for a year or two and then take your Masters. I have heard that it is better to work first so that you have "real world experience" that you can apply your classes to.

The salary, hours worked, stress level, and pros and cons will vary with each individual job and person. Generally speaking, when you have a master's degree you will be more likely to be in a management position, thus you will probably put in more than the standard 40 hours a week, especially if you want to be in marketing.

My advise would be to go for your Bachelor's in Business and Marketing. Do some internships and see if you really like it. Some companies even pay for their employee's to get their Master's degrees, which is a good thing, because graduate school is expensive!!!

The University of Arizona's Eller College of Management has a really good program. Check out their website. They've got lots of good info for incoming high school students, as well as people that are considering getting their MBA.
