Yes they sure do. Foreskin is provided to all boys by mother nature. It is there to protect the glans/head from chafing against clothes, drying out and other things. In addition it adds to the pleasure during sexual activity because of all the nerve endings it contains.
While all of us come with this vital piece of equipment, some parents in specific countries decide the boy should not be so endowed thus they have him circumcised at birth.. In addition Jews and Muslims practice routine circumcision on their sons but at different ages.

Yes, babies are born with some foreskin, could be shorter or longer - but always some foreskin. Until they snip if off later on.

Yes,baby boys are born with a foreskin but,some parents have their babies mutilated soon after birth,in the stupid thinking that they know and can do better than nature.

at birth yes. then the parents have the option of having thier baby boy circumsized. a doctor cuts the foreskin off.

you are born that way, but lots of parents have it removed a couple of days after birth for various reasons.
