In Michigan, no. Abortion is only allowed if the fetus is not over 12 weeks by blood test hcg levals.

Depends in your state. In NY its permitted and in Illinois it isnt unless medically needed

they only do abortion at a certain time period after that period tey can not do it so i am sure what you are talking about is illegal.
