Hello!! :o) NO - not necessarily. Testicles are not perfectly 'lump-less'. [click on the link below to see a cartoon penis and all of its working parts] But if the lump is something you have never felt before - you should see a doctor. And the sooner the better. Depends what kind of lump you are talking about. It is common for men to get cysts on their testicles but most are completely harmless. If you find a lump, you should see your doctor for a evaluation.

If there is a lump there that is not part of your anatomy, please get it checked. It could be a hernia or something else, but get it looked at by a doc.

It could be a tumor. This could be very serious, or not so much. It would be wise to see your doctor immediately.

yes it doesnt sounds good at all, I suggest you do go to the doctor to get it check out asap, it could be a growing tumors or something so please if you can, go see a doctor tomorrow.
