I did when I was young. Now I know better. I believe in a very strong attraction between two people at first sight. An attraction so strong it can make you want to be with that person 24/7 for weeks or even months before the first signs of them being a real person that makes mistakes and isn't perfect starts to show up. Love is like a seed that is planted when you first meet someone. If it is to grow into a flower, it is going to take time.

I do!
Allow me to qualify.
I understand that "love" is the most powerful feeling and concept in our lives. Thus, I thoroughly understand that it is impossible to develop the phenomenon of "love" with just the site of someone.
Having said that, I know for a fact, at first sight, 2 people can experience an unexplainable feeling that draws the two together like magic. I'm sure anyone who has ever been fortunate enough to experience this would agree.
I'm a 28 year old dude, and I have been fortunate enough to experience it 4 times in my life. Trust me, it is real.
Believe!

Maybe. I think it depends on how old you are to really be able to give a right answer. If you're younger or haven't had too many relationships, you are really in no position to say yes because I think it takes a while to really figure out what qualities you look for in a person in terms of personality, aspirations, goals to really fall in love with someone.
But if you're a little older or have had many relationships, then you pretty much know who is your type or what you're looking for. So you're definitely going to be more picky and usually the first requirement when you're a little more selective is attraction.
So it's more that you were more lusting/physically attracted that made you more open to talking/getting to know someone that lead to falling in love.

Yes, it happens all the time, when a persons senses a strong, special connection. Some people have an instinctive, intuitive knowing that allows them to assess others very quickly, and these people are the ones whose "love at first sight" will last.

I know people married for 50 or more years who claim to have fallen love at first sight. When the details come out, however, you learn that they were very much attracted to each other at first sight, but then took the time to become very well acquainted (and found out that they were compatible) before marriage.

Lol, funny you should ask, as I just mentioned that in my last answer. I do believe in it to a large degree. But, I do pay very close attention in the weeks / months that follow to personality, & life priorities etc. to back up my first impression. Love at first sight afterall is about first impressions. They can be wrong, but the chance that it is right certainly makes it worth following up on & paying close attention to.
Did I get your attention the first time ? or shall I walk by again ?? =)

No, I don’t. I believe in lust/attraction at first sight, but not love. There’s a big difference between the two. But that isn’t to say that you won’t grow to love that person over time.
