Sounds absurd. You are more likely to have heard from Santa Claus or the tooth fairy. Did you give your cell number in a raffle with that group? If not, just erase the message. When you call, they will just need your bank account and pin number to be able to wire in the money and then your account will be sucked dry.

Such mails are fraud. Please do not get involved. Such mails are floating around and I simply junk them down.
