I have a question, and please I would like mature answers.
I am a circumcised male and while my penis is flacid it tends to want to pull in like it's an elastic, it doesn't stay normal like others. My mom says it's been like that since birth and that she had the doctor look at it, he said it would be fine when I got older. Well I am 25 and it's still like that. Is there anything I can do about this, is there a name to this?? Something that I could look on the internet about? I've tried looking and researching but I seem to be looking in all the wrong places.

Can anyone help?? Does anyone else have this problem??

yes some men have a penis which retracts or contracts back inward markedly when flaccid. I know of no procedure which corrects this. This is the way their body is structured. If this is what you refer to by "pulling in" - yeah it's quite common. Mine is sorta that way , come to think of it. I don't like it but I ignore it.

The best thing to do is see a urologist who has all the answers you are asking. It is very difficult for anyone to answer your question without seeing a picture of you penis.
