Sounds like low blood pressure. My wife had the same thing happen at around 5 months too. It's very common and nothing to worry about.
Go to the doctor and tell him / her what happened. They will prescribe a supplement to your diet to minimise the risk of it recurring.
For what it's worth, my wife gave birth to a beautiful baby daughter who is now 15 years old and is still my beautiful baby. ;)

If you have a gut instinct that something is wrong, then don't hesitate to go in. Dizziness is very very normal in pregnancy especially at your stage in the game. Your blood volume has increases nearly 50% and your body is still adjusting. Anemia could be a cause for concern however and would require medical attention but is nothing that can't wait until Tuesday; but call your OB just to be sure.
Anemia symptoms:
Extreme fatigue
Weakness
Pail skin
Dizziness
Out of Breath
Heart Palpitations
Trouble concentrating
Finally, some studies have found a link between severe iron-deficiency anemia and cravings for non-food substances such as ice, paper, or clay (a condition known as pica). If you do have these cravings, don't give in to them, and be sure to tell your healthcare provider.

Honestly, that sounds like your blood pressure going bonkers. It does happen to women. The baby might have laid a certain way on an artery and caused your blood pressure to drop. It could also be your sugar levels dropping really fast, which is why it is important for women to have healthy snacks throughout the day and not miss meals.
I would be worried about it. I think, that in the morning (on Monday), call your doctors office and let them know of it and see if they can get you in a day early. If they can't, then just stay put and stay at home until your appointment. And BECAREFUL!
I hope everything turns out okay for you!

I used to get dizzy and nearly passout a few times during my pregnancies. It was nothing to worry about.
It's not uncommon to feel lightheaded or dizzy occasionally. When you're pregnant, your cardiovascular system undergoes dramatic changes: Your heart rate goes up, your heart pumps more blood per minute, and the amount of blood in your body expands by 40 to 45 percent.
During a normal pregnancy, your blood pressure gradually decreases in the beginning, reaching its lowest point in the middle of your pregnancy. It then begins to rise, returning to its regular level by the end of pregnancy.
Most of the time, your cardiovascular and nervous systems are able to adjust to all these changes, but occasionally they don't, which can leave you feeling lightheaded or a bit dizzy.

I think you should call your Dr ASAP! You can never be too careful when it comes to yours and your baby's health! Since it has happened more than once you should have it checked immediately! Good luck!

Check it out with your doc. Until then try to have someone with you as much as possible. You don't wannt collapse somewhere and hurt yourself or your baby.
