hey can u ppl plz tell me whats the best way i can gain weight, some ppl told me that weight lifting is good but i dont want to lift weights or else i wont be able to grow im only 5'5 right now and i weigh like 50kg (110pounds). what sort of a diet should i have and what kind of exercises should i do? i want to have some muscles, and currently i do only pushups and situps as exercise. one more thing, how do i work out my legs? i really dont like wearing shorts in public because my legs are kind of thin. any help would be appreciated, thanks!! =D
