Lord Z: I do understand your comment and you are right no one does know exactly what she is going through but she claims that she is being treated in a biased way by white people which may be true, but when white people try to help her she slams them with racisim.
AND: she did not request that ONLY blacks reply until after all but the answer was posted. That is why white people answered.

Out of six answers the first four were white. The Fifth one claimed to be Black. She gave the points to the sixth one. But, the Fisrst one whose answers i have read on many occasions was the best answer. I believe he is a lawyer though he is not giving "legal advice".
Let's face it, we don't know how bad she has it. And to be honest, I would thinkit is too late for a change of venue motion if the case is on and the Judge is seated. she is basically asking a judge to recuse himself. that is not going to happen for reasons of discrimination. No outside group is going to get that accomplished. No FBI guy is going to get that to happen. The only way she is going to get a change of venue is if the Appeals court in her area is willing to hear an argument of discrimination and she has evidence that the judges in question are in fact biased. Of course if she has a lawyer then that is the lawyer's job to tell her that.
I don't think she is smoking anything, but; there is no telling how bad she really has it unless we are there to see if what she says is true.
The best way to have received a change of venue would have been to find a connection between herself and the judge to get that judge disqualified.

Just leave well enough alone, she stated that she didn't want to hear from white people, but yall nosey m/fs wanted to get involved anyway, like always. I'm not in her shoes and I can't understand her situation, but obviously she has had it with white people, so does that mean you need to be offended? No just keep it pushin.

as far as i can see, she is just as dicriminatory as the ppl she was complaing about, yes i do beleive that she was probabyl upset, but the way she talked about 'whites' was just as bad, pretty lame if you ask me!!!
