yeah, lots.
robert downey jr had his probs w/drug abuse, but he's been clean and sober for 2 years now.
ellen degeneres had a nicotine addiction (but recently had hypnosis and has been clean for at least a few wks). charlie sheen also still has nicotine addiction...he's been off the other drugs (e.g., cocaine) for quite some time.
medically, jane fonda has cancer; michael j. fox has parkinsons; and estelle getty has alzheimers.
there's much more, esp. in the drug abuse/dependence dept, but i didn't want this list to get too lengthy.
