But there's a safe place inside the University of the Philippines and it's the UP Hotel and the Balay International Hotel. Besides, the place is pollution free, too. there are many happenings in metro manila. especially during weekends. go to places like eastwood, metrowalk,baywalk, timog, quezon avenue, greenbelt, gateway. All these places have wide array of bars offering live band, cool ambience, good food and choices of drinks. others have stand up comedy show.
you can find budget hotels in malate, cubao and ortigas.
