there are almost 80 computers in network, i want to see all them in one window.. if any software pls suggest

Yes there is. Remote Desktop. If you are in the IT department, you should be able to install and have access. If not, well...you can't.

You need to be designated as the Network Administrator which is password protected.

Then just hit cntrl Alt Delete and bring up the Task Manager, see what processes are running.

From your Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer management. Within the menus of this you can "Connect to another computer" and view their service settings. That's the best that I can offer you. It won't tell you which applications the user is running or invoked, however.

"services.msc"
in command prompt.
