These are all scams, known as 319-scam. Probably the site has dropped a spyware in your PC. Use spyware remover like Ad-aware (from Lavasoft.com). But as far as mail is concerend try blocking the domain from where these mails are sent.

This is a spyware... this will entirely block ur task manager and registry from being accessed... McAfee doesnt detect this virus script... it also blocks the user from being accessing the internet.. the solution is to restore the computer to its previous setting... this one is working for me.. chk it out...
