If there is no constant relationship between two people then there is no relationship. I do not fully understand the question but I can tell you that I have been married for more than 40 years and from the first day of our relationship there has been a total commitment to communicate on a daily basis. If you don't feel that with someone, then just walk away from that relationship as fast as you can. The one thing you must not deal with is a situation where you or the other person feels "needy" Don't let yourself get into that position because you may never get out of it.
In fact, if you ever have to question whether that person is for you, it probably means that you should walk.
There is no such thing as "Instant" relationship unless you are talking about just nodding to someone on the subway or a bus. You can have sex with someone and call it an "instant" relationship if you want, but that is like two dogs on the street getting hung up for an hour or so. That's all it means and should never mean anything more. If that is your relationship to other humans, then it's really sad don't you think?
