No I do not believe all people are sincere in what they think and do; but I do believe that most people are doing the best they can at any given moment.

I cannot say about all but could dare to say i m sincere but time comes to most of them to b insincere and some times sincere so wat shud we call these two faces sincere or insincere?But being sincere is a good life..

Nope...they are not. Few people who are hardworking strive to be the best and attain perfection (like me :)) Secondly, nobody is a perfectionist and all are trying to be one...
