Note : No question can be answered once it goes as an *Expired Question*. And further more by one person.
The other people on the question are people whom has went to see if it was true.

It is true only one person had the chance to answer an expired QUESTION which makes.. whom ever the person is get BEST ANSWER. How many times as this been done. why? how ?.
