You are an outlaw and a fool.
I would think that after losing license you would have developed a sense of fear over losing license for good. But NO, not you.
Maybe after riding the bus for a couple years you will appreciate your driving privilege and drive sensibly.
Without a lawyer you don't stand a chance.
I don't know why I am helping you but if you try to defend yourself you will most likely lose the license.
Maybe because I know how much I LOVE to drive.
Maybe a good lawyer can get you some kind of work exclusion. But, that will mean you can't vary too far off the route from your house to work. A friend of mine got that once. He was able to drive to work and grocery store but no where else.
Good luck kid, and for Petes sake, use your speed control....

Bad luck has nothing to do with it. I am thinking it's more due to your lead foot.
Yeah, I would get a lawyer to help you with things. A judge may not be too understanding if you just got your license back, and you are off speeding again.

You do not have "bad luck" just because you got caught breaking the law. Get a lawyer if you have a lot of extra money that you don't need. Otherwise, be VERY thankful that you haven't killed anyone YET and take your lumps like a responsible adult. If you can't do that - or don't want to - do us all a favor and get off the friggin' roads.

You should seek a Lawyer's advice but most important...you need to slow down. If you keep getting speeding tickets, you might just lose your license for good.

Another thing that you may want to be concerned with is after losing your license yet another time, no insurance company will want to cover you. And if it is in your state as it is in most, no insurance no driving. Also in some states, the DMV will automatically notify your insurance carrier of your suspended license, and your insurance company will automatically cancel your coverage.

Bad luck that you drive too fast? Even if you're not drunk, speeding's still dangerous.
