I suffer from PMS too. Sometimes you feel like you are the only one and nobody understands. I totally understand. I've had a tremendous amount of stress and I have pretty much the same symptoms you have. Sometimes I have a terrible headache and major bloating of my body that goes with it also.

I haven't been to the doctor for about a year because I don't have insurance or extra money right now for a doctor's visit, but if I was you I would go see your doctor. I plan on it when I have some extra money coming in.

I have had some women tell me they have PMS every month and they would describe it to me and it was just regular monthly cramps that they had. They didn't understand that PMS is so much more than that. It does start taking over your life and I have found that it is very hard to stay focused and in charge. I also suffer with it for about 2-3 weeks before my period and it isn't any fun. I don't like myself at all when I'm going through it. It's like I'm a totally different person. I want to give you support since I know what you are going through. Hang in there.

But like I said I would go see your doctor and tell them how you are feeling and every symptom you are having. My PMS started when I turned 29. My body and me haven't been the same since. I need to get in to see my doctor as well.

Remember you aren't alone, at least now you know of at least one other woman who suffers with you.

Hi!

I dont experience exactly the same thing as you do but i do suffer from back ache. The best thing to do is to lie on your stomach with arms on your side and lift your feet and try to bring them towards your back. This will ease the pain and try to get someone to massage your lowerback with some vapo rub or something.Have a nnice shower and hot milk. These small things do help. You can buy tablet for period pain . They do help a lot.

Oh u poor thing! I can't say I know how u feel, because I don't, but I do feel for u. Dont listen to that first answer, I'm sure u dont need a hysterectomy. Go to ur OB/Gyno and he or she will have something to help u, you're not alone, sweetie. Go see ur doctor as soon as u can.

I think you should take the shot for mestrual pain. Your pain sounds severe. Go and talk to a doctor.
