GOT A QUESTION FOR PEOPLE FAMILAIR WITH PSP 2.71SE(whatever u call it)?

I'm running 1.5 firmware, and what i want is:
a firmware that runs all homebrew from firmware:(1.0>1.5>2.0)
MUST have web browser. I have a 2Gb memory stick(Sandisk) with the following apps:
gpSP v0.8 1.0
iR Shell v2.1
NGEPSP 0.2.2
Snes9xTYL 0.4.2
Triple TraidPSP
PSPersonalize
Xflash v14
---------------------
I want all apps above to work on the firmware. So, I'm asking if all of this is possible on Dark Alex's 2.71 SE(or higher). Also if you can provide info on how to install the firmware properly(step by step).

PLEASE GIVE ME DETAILS WITH STRAIGHT ANSWERS!
