Usually shyness is associated with fear of rejection.
Rejection can be very painful, but so can loneliness.
Just ask yourself, "What is the worst that can happen if I open up to meet new people?"
You are not perfect.
You will never be perfect.
No one is perfect.
Everyone has flaws and faults.
Accept and embrace who you are.
God did not make any mistakes when he designed you.
Do not attempt to impress others.
Be yourself.
Learn to become a good listener. Most people don't take time to truly hear what others are saying to them. If you learn to listen to others and accept them easily without passing judgment, you will be in demand. Support people and their dreams. Love them unconditionally. You will be very popular.
A day spent judging another is a painful day. A day spent judging yourself is a painful day. You don't have to believe your judgments; they are simply an old habit.

i no how u sense, I even have extreme functioning autism spectrum affliction and optionally available mutism. Eye touch is one million of the worst issues for me i will guard touch yet i continually lauph cos i'm getting embarrassed so wot i do is i dont look at there eyes i glance at there mouth or there brow and then its not so undesirable. so some distance as shyness is going i'm very shy there are merely some human beings i will certainly talk over with, and maximum human beings i wont talk over with i substitute into mute in the direction of, yet what i do is i dont look on the guy, i glance into area i faux theres no person there and im speaking to myself, and then it turns into lots extra straightforward cos i dont have a difficulty with chatting with myself i merely have a difficulty with chatting with some human beings e.g. strangers etc....
