How will i know if somebody is accessing my computer?

things is changing in my computer without me doing it so i have a notion that a member of my family can open my account.How will i know if this is true and what to click or where to go to be able to know

You should keep a password on your account and do not let others kno it. Or you can create a limited user account for others to use it. If you mean the account of your login into your computer. Also it could mean your email account. In both the cases you should change your password immediately.
