Other than the Diaper Genie? I saw one on that TLC channel on "A Baby Story" and it was like you put the diaper in the hole and pulled the handle down and when you opened it, ta-da!!! Time for the next diaper! The Diaper Genie we have is the kind you press the diaper down into and then shut the lid and twist the top... kind of a pain, fills up really fast, hard to empty.

thats the diaper champ! I got it and I love it! It's at Toys r us...and you can use any type of bag in it where as with the genie you need special bags and they are expensive. The only thing is my son like to put his toys in it to see them "dissapear" lol!! Good luck!

if u use disposable diaper bags available at walmart and dollar stores u dont need a special garbage can just a normal kitchen garbage can with a lid works great for me. PLUS they are much more portable so you dont stink up grandmas house friends houses store and restraunt also when travelling u can stop and change baby where there is no garbage can cause u can keep the dirty diaper in the car till the next garbage can without stinking up the car

I know the one I want to buy I just found it on Walmart.com the name of it is Baby Trend Diaper Champ by Baby Trend. It's $28.98 at Walmart.com. It uses ordinary garbage bags, and only one hand to latch and unlatch. It's also supposed to block the smell. I had a diaper genie with my first born and hated it. What a hassle, huh?

Sounds like the Diaper Champ. If you get it DON'T hose it down, it will cause the insulation to swell and come out, and then the smell will come out. Nothing will contain the smell once you have them on solids, though!

You don't want any diaper sitting around more than a couple of days in any container, gross, unsanitary. check the other answers for good ideas. You still have to get up and dump whatever you use every couple of days or so.

uhh I just got one for my baby shower can't remember the name but my doctor uses it.. it requires no special bags ( you use trash bags) and i think all you do is turn the lil handle its called something like Diaper champ.. they have them at target my dr bought mine for me off of target online!! :) good luck

yeah you can buy them @ toysrus or babies r us .... plus there is walmart target and umm im trying to think where else you could buy one.. well those should be enough right now..good luck.... and at those stores they are pretty cheap....
