Ok, here is lot of applications starting in startup sequence, these applications are installed by primary software like qttask with iTunes, nmbgmonitor with Nero, jusched with real media player etc... So what u have do is Go to RUN>> msconfig>> click on startup tab>>and uncheck all those entries which u seems not useful for example qttask, yahoom....,Adobe Reader Speedup, and everything else (remember don't uncheck ur grafix card igfxtray (intel) and sound card entries). then click ok and then restart or exit without restart after restart u will see a popup then check its button >> Ok and its over...

Right click on each of those icons and find their preferences/options. Such as for quicktime you need to open quicktime and go under edit->preference-> quicktime preferences -> advanced and uncheck the system icon option.

Also under start menu there is a folder called start up. Delete all the shortcuts in the submenu.

Some items in the system tray can be disabled by right-clicking them and looking through the menu options. Other system tray items have to be uninstalled completely. Removing system tray items should help speed up your PC, but if the PC was booting up quickly before and this slow-down just started recently, I suspect you may have some spyware/adware on your system, and possibly a virus/worm. Be sure to update and run your antispyware and antivirus software. Finally, upgrading your computer's memory should help as well.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
