Do you think colleges have the right to enact free speech zones?

I see why certain universities are enacting these free speech zones which is to try to put an end to hate crimes but are these schools going too far as limiting what we could say and when...are they restricting our first amendment rights?? In my opinion, restricting free speech sucks but the hate crimes that could come about it sucks even more....

Free speech is actually an illusion . . . there is really no such thing .. .
whether or not there should be is a complicated issue that deserves a lot more debate.
