I am due on the 25th of this month and I also have the same discharge and watery like fluid here and there I wear pantie liners and had the doctor check me out as this has been going on for a month now my doctor told me it is normal secretions that pregnant women get near the end. They tested my fluids to see if the watery fluid was the amniotic fluid also but it came back negative so as long as your doctor knows that this is happening to you and you don't have a slow leak than everything is fine. I wish you all the best of luck and do remember they will let you go over your due date by two weeks so don't worry if you don't lose your MP and your water don't break in the next couple of days you are fine and so is your little one. best wishes to you both.

I had the same thing with my son, in my first pregnancy just last summer. They actually had to break my water when I was fully dilated, because I went the whole 37 hours with it intact. I've always wondered what in the world all that fluid was in the weeks before that. All my doctor would say was, "It could be lots of things." Things like your bladder just not holding on as tight so you're leaking, you're not cleaning yourself as well as you think because things are harder to reach, it's just your body lubricating itself to get ready, a gradual loss of the mucous plug, etc, etc. None of these satisfied me at all, but since my doctor wasn't worried, I decided I wasn't either.
Now I'm due on the 17th with my second, and I'm having the same thing going on! It's funny, I started, like you, asking around if maybe my water had broken, etc. Funny how quickly we forget. Anyhow, once again, my doctors aren't worried, and have given me the "if it's bloody or fills a pad, then let us know" answer.
Sorry to ramble so much, but I just wanted to agree, and let you know you aren't alone. Even someone who has been through labor second-guesses these things. And the whole, "you'll know, don't worry thing" is somewhat true, but, again, every pregnancy and labor is different. So it's okay to ask these questions, don't let people make you feel bad, or stupid, since you want more info.
Hang in there, and enjoy your new baby!!

Not every woman loses their mucus plug or notices it, and if your water does break you need to go to the hospital, waiting can cause you & the baby to get a infection, keep a eye out for that trikle of clear, if you see it again go to the hospital the method they use to check for amniotic fluid is better tha they use in the office (the strip) good Luck

Relax! It's ok. Alot of women have discharge towards the end. As long as the doctor's say it's ok then your fine. I was 3 days late. And I had a very healthy boy. You'll do fine. Good Luck

my son will be 2 months Tuesday. I had the same kind of discharge, and my ob told me it was my cervix thinning out...and that it could start up to 2 months before labor starts..nothing to be concerned about. when it first happened to me(i was 34weeks) i freaked, thought my water was leaking, went to er, and it was just my cervix thinning

your body is preparing for birth and your usual fluids are thinning and becoming more waterlike...i noticed it with both my kids. my last couple weeks i had to wear pantyliners and many times i was convinced it was my water breaking. when your water breaks YOU WILL KNOW IT, trust me! good luck!!!! hope i was a little bit of help....

It could just be the normal discharge that you get during pregnancy.
